10.08.09 Fuller portfolio

News broke over the weekend that Simon Fuller has bought a controlling stake in Storm Model Management.  This represents a further move into the fashion world for Fuller who has already teamed up with designer Roland Mouret and is planning to launch fashion site www.fashionair.com in September. 

The link between celebrity and fashion is an obvious one, so perhaps we shouldn't be too surprised at this move, especially having seen Philip Green and Simon Cowell link up recently.  It will be very interesting to see how these partnerships develop and what they mean for style, fashion and pop culture over the next few years.
